From asset to blockchain
in three steps

Every physical asset gets a digital identity. Every event gets a cryptographic fingerprint. Every fingerprint gets anchored to a public blockchain. One platform, every asset class.

One Platform, Every Asset

RFID is for operations

Bulk warehouse scanning, automated tracking, portal readers at exits. Scan thousands of items per minute without touching them.

NFC & QR are for everyone

Buyers verify a watch. Patients check a drug. Inspectors audit a shipment. One tap, full provenance, no app needed.

Blockchain is the proof

Every scan creates an event anchored to Polygon. Tamper-proof, publicly verifiable, independent of ScanToProve.

STEP 1: TAG

RFID Tags on Every Asset

A small RFID tag is attached to each asset when it enters the system. Scan from up to 20 metres away with no line of sight needed.

Whether it's a luxury watch in a display case, a pharmaceutical pallet in cold storage, or a shipping container at port — each tag has a unique identifier permanently linked to that asset. Industrial readers scan hundreds per second. Handheld scanners store codes offline and sync later.

NFC Smart Tags

An NFC chip embedded in the asset or its packaging. Anyone with a smartphone can tap to verify authenticity and full history instantly.

No app required. Works with any modern iPhone or Android. A customer tapping a luxury handbag, a pharmacist checking a drug shipment, or a buyer verifying a watch — one tap opens the complete digital identity.

QR Codes + 1D Barcodes

Every asset also gets a QR code and Code128 barcode linked to the same record. Scan with any phone camera or handheld scanner.

QR codes work on packaging, shipping labels, certificates of authenticity, and warehouse signage. 1D barcodes integrate with existing POS and logistics systems. Same data, same verification, same blockchain link across all formats.

STEP 2: RECORD

Every Interaction Creates an Event

Whether it's an RFID bulk scan, an NFC tap, a QR scan, or a barcode read — every interaction automatically creates a timestamped provenance event.

Events include: item received, authenticated, inspected, transferred, shipped, delivered, temperature logged, geo-fence crossed, ownership changed. Offline scans sync automatically — the system detects batch dumps from scanner memory and processes all codes instantly.

SHA-256 Cryptographic Fingerprinting

Each event gets a unique cryptographic hash. This hash includes the previous event's hash, creating an unbreakable chain of custody.

If anyone alters a single record, every hash after it breaks. The chain is self-verifying — tamper with one event and the entire history flags it instantly. This applies identically to a $500,000 watch or a $5 pharmaceutical vial.

STEP 3: ANCHOR

Batched to Blockchain

Every 3 hours, all pending events are bundled into a Merkle tree. The root hash is written to the Polygon blockchain — one transaction secures thousands of events.

Cost-efficient by design: instead of one blockchain transaction per event, we batch them. One transaction can anchor hundreds of warehouse movements, luxury authentications, or supply chain checkpoints. Any individual event can be independently verified against the Merkle root.

Publicly Verifiable

Every anchored batch gets a transaction hash on Polygon. Click it and you're on PolygonScan — a public blockchain explorer anyone can access.

No trust required. A buyer in Tokyo can verify a watch's provenance. A regulator can audit a pharmaceutical supply chain. An insurance company can confirm an asset's history. All independently, all without needing platform access.

Real-World Use Cases

Luxury Goods

Watch Buyer

Taps NFC on the watch case

Sees full provenance: manufacture date, authorized dealer chain, service history, ownership transfers — all blockchain-verified. Counterfeits exposed instantly.

Auction House

Scans QR on certificate of authenticity

Verifies the item's complete chain of custody from manufacturer to current owner. Immutable proof for high-value transactions.

Warehouse & Pharma

Warehouse Operator

Walks aisles with RFID handheld

Scans 500+ items in one pass. Every scan logged, positions verified, misplaced items flagged. Complete digital audit trail.

Pharma Compliance

Checks cold chain history

Every temperature reading, every zone transfer, every handling event — timestamped and blockchain-anchored. FDA-ready audit trail.

Supply Chain

Logistics Manager

Tracks shipment via geo-fences

Real-time alerts when containers cross defined boundaries. Every checkpoint creates a provenance event anchored to blockchain.

Customs Inspector

Scans container barcode at port

Instant access to full shipment history: origin, route, temperature logs, handling events. Tamper-proof chain of custody.

The Bottom Line

Every asset in your portfolio gets three layers of digital identity: RFID for operations, NFC for instant verification, and QR codes as a universal backup. All three feed into the same blockchain record. One asset, one truth, permanently verifiable.

The same platform that authenticates a $500,000 Patek Philippe can track a pharmaceutical shipment across 6 countries or manage 10,000 pallets in a warehouse. No code changes. No separate systems. One platform.
